How much disaster relief would 1% of $204.6 Billion buy?
Approximately. I mean, I'm just asking. Rhetorically, of course.
I know the answer is a little over $1 Billion of disaster relief. About the total cost of the state of Louisiana to the Iraq War.

You could do a lot with two billion dollars.

Unfortunately, Bush spent it on ammunition for his illegal war.
