123 'reaL victims' of katrina

CHICAGO (Reuters) - Wal-Mart Stores Inc. said Tuesday that 123 of its U.S. stores, or 3.3 percent, were closed due to Hurricane Katrina, many due to power outages.

3. Good. Maybe folks will start going to other stores and
find out how much better they are than Wally World - both in customer service and merchandise (and for not that MUCH more).

12. Maybe none in the disaster area, but I'm sure
there are other stores besides Wally Worlds to go to.

Besides, I was being obtuse. I just hate Wal-Mart and relish in any bad thing that befalls them. Not very Christian of me, I'm sure, but I can't help it.

20. Hey, sundog.
The lizards are looking for you. I can totally understand why you would want to avoid them, however.

26. Gotta look at the 'bright side'
Once the wallop of gas/oil prices hit, they wouldn't have been able to afford to run the place anyway (that and the lack of customers and/or increase of shoplifters probably wouldn't help)
