Why can't we use DEA's helicopters in this rescue? |

With the billions of dollars spent on the "War on Drugs" in this country...why can't they fly in all the DEA helicopters and use them to assist in this rescue since most of the military helicopters are in Iraq? In an emergency, these CAN be comandeered.

Bush is preaching to at this moment, the contrast of watching his detachment from reality while New Orleans sinks into the Ocean is surreal. Any and all resource should be activated by this Country to avert more potential suffering, and death down in the Hurricane area. But noooooooooo ...... Prayers, peace.
