Apparently, Shrub had a longer schedule in San Diego but cut it short. The news media seemed surprised at his leaving and in the seemingly hurried fashion in which Shrub left. He was apparently not his "congenial" self, according to the anchor. He wasn't laughing, joking or shaking hands.
