Up to forty percent of the National Guard in those areas are off in Iraq. Not to mention, they have family in that area they must be sick with worry about. But we are being told that what the Gulf staters have is "adequate". They can stuff "adequate" right up their ass--or, they can tell that to the people screaming for help from their roofs.
