But it wasn't the a in New Orleans proper.
I'd not be surprised to see a bunch of prisoners drowned in their cages at the end of this, given Republican family values and the like.

when the Mayor of NOLA and the Governor were talking about evacuation - one of the reporters asked what about evacuating the prisoners and someone answered - don't know who - not Governor or Mayor said they would stay where they belong. Haven't heard anything other than that.
