Helping to Organize Crawford Bus Tour stop in Sav. GA - Need Help/Info

If anyone here is in better contact with the Crawford people organizing this could we maybe pass contact info through a PM conduit here?
Or something?

I used the online contact sheet, but there's been no reply and people I've contacted about hosting a event want a rough idea of how many people will be with the bus.

Also not having talked to anyone yet makes it difficult to be taken seriously.

"Have you actually talked to anyone?"
"Not exactly."

Please keep this kicked so someone with contact info could PM me.
Then I can give them my phone number or whatever.

I know it's only been a couple of days but I really can't arrange an event until I have some basic information.

3. Thanks. I've some experience in organizing these types of events...

but it helps to have contact with the people who are coming and what the needs are.

Also when making media contacts "I don't really know," Isn't an answer you want to give when they are asking for information.
