Maybe they can bring in a big boat to get them out. I don't know if that last road out of NOLA is still above water since the levee pumps failed last hour. 9' of water expected in the area of the levee breech. :(

The water is toxic: raw sewage, gas, chemicals, balls of red ants, massive debris and garbage, alligators, snakes and fish. Massive infectious disease outbreak is likely due to contact (esp. if cuts on skin) or ingestion of the water. This is bad. They're talking about cholera.
