accepting help is a no-no for bullies; it says you aren't strong

even as everyone sees there are problems, bushco will praise 'America's can do spirit, the spirit that made US the TARGET of all those who hate our freedoms'.....or similar blather

Fuck it...New Orleans should do an end run around the Feds and take whatever these countries can provide. Preferably some engineers and helicopters from Canada would be real nice.

Bush has never shyed away from taking help from Saudis and Kuwaitis when his oil businesses were going belly up. I guess thats different though. That way 'tribute', not assistance.
