200 People on the freeway unrescued CRIMINAL black/white issue

Shepard Smith is reporting from a high point on the freeway that goes through town and people are coming onto it from the waters. Shepard just interviewed a man that had been on that concrete bridge for 2 days in PLAIN VIEW with not INSTRUCTIONS, food or water. Im sorry to say but seeing 200 people marooned on that piece of freeway seems criminal. We have med vacs, military helicopters, private helicopters and more. I swear if they were white they would have been airlifted yesterday! This is more and more looking like it is going slow because they are black and that is just fuc*king CRUEL. Heads should roll for this. These people were telling shepard that cops have been on that area and wont tell the people ANYTHING!

In the big picture, it is criminal.

In the small picture, if I had a helicopter, I would be spending every last gallon of fuel I had rescuing people from rooftops, and not giving instructions to 200 people who were out of immediate danger.

they are fully exposed to the elements, 90+ degrees, no food, no water, and no one will tell them anything, where to go, anything. shepard just gave the intersection's address over the air to please send a copter or something. jeez, we need our reporters to summons help? where is everyone?

I think it's more of an issue of police not knowing what to do and a lack of overall leadership on the streets.
