Why don't the Fundies ever think disasters are a punishment for Bush? |
|
They are so quick to believe that disasters are a punishment for abortion, gays, taking God out of schools, etc. Does it never occur to them that the guy upstairs might be a little mad about the 100K+ Iraqis killed because of Bush's oil grab. Maybe their Christian God is pissed that * fought a war to install a Islamic theocracy.
It is almost enough to make me think that they would misuse God to further their own political agendas.

3. Because they couldn't possibly fathom Bush doing any wrong.... |
|
They couldn't possibly fathom he and the Bush admin would be punished for being greedy, selfless oil barons who prey on other countries and destroy them for profit.
To them, George Bush is god. He could never do wrong, so they can't face the fact they are receiving a Global Warming wakeup message.
