Beyond the tastelessness of this plan in the first place, this doesn't seem to be the time to get down and boogy at a concert.

1. That's a good question...... |
|
Given the cluelessness of this Administration, I'm gonna guess they will.

They'd better not. Those cities devastated by Katrina won't be fixed in the next 11 days. If they have a big party on 9/11, it'll be their farewell party, I think - all of the refugees from the flooded areas will come to DC to have a 'chat' with this administration and help them pack. What a slap in the face a party would be to this country. Which probably means that they'll go ahead with it, anyway.

The juxtaposition of these warmongering fuckwads and the tragedy in New Orleans, along with the now realized fact that IraqNam is not only an utter geopolitical disaster, but is sucking the NG away from where it is desperately needed would be welcome.

*² spend 40+million on his inauguration party while the tsunami victims were still washing up on beaches..he has no class or sence of decorum..
they should immediately cancel that thing, and donate the money they would have spent..for the rescue efforts..but they won't

They'll even mention the devastation in the south and I bet they have a moment of silence for them. Then there will be fan fare and trumpets heralding how ** is going to save the day yet again. :puke:
