George Bush is the modern day equivalent of Marie Antoinette ! |
|
Yes, I know she didn't really say "Let them eat cake" (someone else said something comparable earlier in France). Despite George's appearance, that is his underlying approach to the poor and desparate of New Orleans, Louisiana in the year 2005. Shades of the French Revolution !

At least that was rediculous.
Everything * does is tragic! :sarcasm: On edit: I really think that this is unfair to Marie Antoinette. At least she was beautiful and charming, despite her inability to recognize human suffering; like *, who lacks her positive qualities.

2. She didn't shill for the powers that be. Things were beyond her control. |

George actively and purposefully controls and condones, every day in every way. Marie was a person of her class, of her time. And she, in some ways, supported the Enlightenment. George despises it.
