I find it sad that it took a national disaster of Katrina's size
to make people realize that Bushtard doesn't care.

What do you think?

2. I'm witholding judgement about whether anybody learned anything.
We'll see if anything real changes, after the dust settles.

4. Even sadder - the people who still think he's a great leader
Next poll should be single digit, but he'll still clear 30%.

5. I have been saying for quite a while now...
That the lid would come off of this country by the 2006 elections.

Right now, the lid is teetering and sliding downward.

The utter destruction of a major metropolitan area and a feeble response by leadership has a tendancy to result in such things.

6. I hope you are right. Are we seeing a change in the polls attributed...
to his ineptness?

7. They wanted to reduce government to a size it can be drowned in a bathtub.
Well, it seems they found their bathtub in New Orleans. Now that the People's Government is drowned, the Government of the Haves and Have-More's has taken its place.
