I witness some real ugliness at the gas station today.

Aside from the $3.29/gal price.

A guy in a mid-sized pickup pulled up to the pumps and then realized the pump was out of service and began to back up to the pump behind him.

A guy and his daughter (about 8yrs old) in a convertible was pulling up at the time and went off on the guy in the pickup.

A foul mouthed tirade began and then the guy from the convertible (6ft+ 250lb+) got out and began threatening the guy with a hammer. His daughter was so scared she started crying and begging him to stop.

I told the guy to tend to his daughter and he got back in the car. The guy in the pickup finished and left.

When I finished at the pump I drove by the jerk and from the safety of my car I told him that people who threaten others with hammers belong in jail. I should have taken his plate number and phoned it in, but didn't.

Place I ordered from online says they're cleaned out and don't know if/when they'll get more, Parts America has none, and the other online retailers I've checked have ZERO or are "factory orders" (ie "lotsaluck"). I could probably call the places in town but I think I know the answer.

Not safe to go anywhere anymore as you don't know if you'll be able to get home.

Telling that clown to get back into his car and tend to his daughter. Too bad we can't have a president with half as much cojones as you. Congrats! Keep up the good fight.
