What Bush doesn't know about New Orleans

Bush doesn't have any idea what an incredible place New Orleans is. And he certainly has no clue about the people there and their culture and how they live. New Orleans is a place where people know each other and have already been helping each other for years. There are lots of amazing, talented and creative people in New Orleans. I heard a report that Harry Connick Jr was at the Convention Center helping to keep things together down there. I just saw some pictures from the Superdome of the people quietly waiting for the buses to pick them up.

Bush and M$M want chaos and mayhem. All the news reports lead off with stories of looters and guns. Yet considering the size and scope of the disaster most people are incredibly calm and resigned. They are just trying to stay alive. So I think Bush is in for a big surprise. I get the feeling that the people of New Orleans aren't going to fall for his tricks. They're a tough bunch and they're going to survive this thing and then I hope when they're up for it that they all go to DC to kick Bush's ass.

and his repuke convention coronation took place there -- in the Superdome, of all places.

All the service workers said the repukes were the worst tippers they'd ever seen.

2. NO has actual culture

AWOL on his pig farm fears and resists culture like the plague. Culture is for sissy-men, not big strong brush-clearing (draft-dodging cheerleaders) like him!

3. New Orleans turned me into a Liberal

It's a wonderful city and I was welcomed by all types of people in a genuine way. Lots of true hospitality and hidden wisdom there IMO
