South Africa in the 1980's would have done a better job in New Orleans.
Relief work stopped by snipers? In a low intensity battlefield you show the flag. Use low flying gunships to show control and high profile special forces weed them out. (If we have any left Stateside). This is nothing but a racist reflection of what one should expect from a compassionate conservative. A mayor has sent out an SOS and no one is responding. The shame I feel for my country shreds my soul. :mad:
