Even the most incompetent leader would have shown concern and would have scrambled together everything possible, even if there was poor preparation. To allow things to get as bad as it did shows deliberate neglect.
No one should doubt 9/11 LIHOP at this point.

I would say bushit is basically a weak and quite uninformed guy in way over his head who is easily manipulated by various groups that surround him (and that he imagines he has 'surrounded himself with'). In particular Cheney, Rumsfeld, Condi, etc.. Which brings up my question. Where the hell is Cheney? Has Cheney had a stroke and that's why bushit is drifting mindlessly? Off topic, I guess, but does anybody know where the hell Cheney is?
