question about moveon hurricane housing |
|
I volunteered to take in a family that needs housing, but am worried that the people that need it most will never hear about the program.
Do any of you know - was moveon.org going to go around to community centers, hotels, etc and let people know that this is available?
It's killing me not to be able to do more to help. I feel so awful for all the victims.

great news that you are so willing to help. WELCOME to DU, man we are growing like crazy of late. Hope you can hook up with someone directly through MoveOn.org. Bless you and you will never regret helping a family out of a disaster....you know we have a saying where I work: "our best advertising is ______________." (Our Competitor)
Now it looks like Katrina is going to do what nothing else has been able to do: Expose the Bu$H Crime Family for what it is, arrogant, lazy, uncaring assholes in the minds of people who thought they walked on water!
Take Care!

But when they do start do get this whole thing sorted out, at least they will have a database of available housing.
