21. One reporter in NO said he saw officers crying today

...because they couldn't help when people kept asking them for food and water.

Another recognizable reporter joined Anderson Cooper in Waverley(?) MS where she and her family had lived. Same thing, people she KNEW coming up to her and asking where were the federal agencies, where was the NG, why wasn't anyone bringing food and water.

This has gone beyond disgraceful to absolutely sinful incompetence resulting in negligent homicide.
