Can we present a case to the Hague yet?
There is more than enough material for a successful crimes against humanity prosecution. Can we have a trial in absentia?

Isn't amazing how the world just let him opt-out of the International Criminal Court.

THERE IS ONLY ONE REASON WHY BUSH WOULD WANT TO BE PROTECTED FROM WAR CRIMES PROSECUTION:

HE WANTED TO COMMIT SOME WAR CRIMES!
