The Mexican Goverment offers help....

Mexico, DF, 1 of September of 2005 (FIA).- The president Vicente Fox emitted a message of solidarity al American people, that seriously was affected by the hurricane Katrina.

The proxy put available the following banking accounts for whom he desiring to offer aid to him affected.

The American bank of Wachovia with the number 2000027592803 and the Mexican bank BBVA with the number 014878076, to name of the Mexican Red Cross.

Little after the 15:00 hours the proxy emitted the message to televisoras and stations of so much radio of the American Union as of Mexico, where he expressed the condolences of the town and of the Mexican government by the lamentable losses of lives and by the devastation caused.

The leader of the executive indicated: "I have instructed to the Office of the secretary of Foreign Affairs so that all the consulates in Houston and Alabama be in the best disposition to attend them".

Likewise to the Mexicans that situate in the United States urged them to be maintained attentive to the instructions of the authorities and teams of rescue.

6. god bless you president fox & the ppl of mexico
yr kindness will not be forgotten

maybe i shouldn't say it, but a mexican team helped rebuild my home after another natural disaster

i hope their services will not be needed this time but it don't look good

this is too big for the usa to handle alone

the reality is that mexicans will help us rebuild & i thank them & anyone who does the same

this is not a time for racism or ideology or nations

we are all humans who need food, water, shelter, medicine

they said that there was a lot of Mexicans working in NO.

and yes when it comes to earthquakes and digging the Mexicans are experts
they had help in the past tsunami catastrophe...
