1. As long as we need to be
Unfortunately at this point in time I have no idea how long that will be. DU is seeing extremely high levels of traffic right now and we need to be at Level 3 to keep the site running smoothly.

Once the traffic dies down, we'll go down levels as soon as we can.

2. When we were at level 2
it was really sluggish, and things didn't post, and it was often hard to connect at all.

Level 3 is good
