2. I saw that!
That was amazing! Koppel was relentless and would not let that guy get away with the talking points he has been spouting all day. I thought the Fema guy looked furious towards the end. Go Ted!!!

6. Guy said he just found out about people being in convention
center today. Koppel said, "don't you watch TV?" <oh snap!!>

Guy said help was on the way. Koppel said it's been X days, how long is it going to take.

Koppel added that "you guys play wargames" and asked knowing that, if we should give them a pass being this unprepared.

More...perhaps will be added by others here.

12. The FEMA pud kept talking about the things they were doing
and Ted kept returning to the subject of what they had already done. Five full days after the hurricane struck, they still hadn't evacuated the people. They should have started helping the poor people evacuate 2 or 3 days prior, but they didn't. They were too busy cutting taxes for Bush's rich friends.

5. "Why didn't the Natl Guard order people onto buses BEFORE storm"
to avoid this disastrous "rescue" mission

8. Wow...Ted beat the absolute shit out of that weenie....
He actually created a great list of anti-repug talking points. The heat needs to be kept on - the pugs need to be whacked repeatedly every day....no way can they be allowed to escape and spin this the other way.

9. FEMA punk said that nobody anticipated
there would be that many people who didn't evacuate. Ted said that they knew there were 100,000 people in NO who were "dirt poor" and hadn't the means to evacuate. Ted really kicked the crap out of the guy. It was a thing of beauty.

14. Is that why Bush was sent to California?
The Gulf was being destroyed while he ate cake and played the guitar in Cali!
