Didn't I just see a thread about Limbaugh's E-mail?
There was a thread either here or in LBN claiming that an email had been uncovered in which Rush tells his housekeeper/drug supplier, "If this gets out it will ruin me." I can't find the thread now. Was it pulled? Did the story turn out to be false?

4. I'm still waiting for a link or citation.
I haven't seen any media report regarding any "e-mail."

5. Yeah, that's why I was wondering...
...if the story turned out to be untrue and the thread pulled. Of course, I hope it's true though.

7. I think this is the same report...
...that I read this morning. It doesn't say anything about the incriminating, "If this gets out..." quote, though.

2. Can we send roses to Wilma Cline - who dropped the dime on Rush & drugs
Can we send roses to Wilma Cline - who dropped the dime on Rush & drugs
As reported at Bartcop:

Wilma Cline, Rush's servant, said she wore a wire during her last two deliveries to the conservative commentator and gave the tapes to authorities. In June 2002, Limbaugh told her he was going to New York for detox a second time. After he returned, "I went to talk to him, and he cried a little bit," she said. "He told me that if it ever got out, he would be ruined." She claimed that a lawyer for Limbaugh gave her a payoff - $80,000 he owed her, plus another $120,000 - and asked her to destroy the computer that contained the E-mail records.

CNN reports Rush was taking up to 100 pills per day. Unless he was sending Wilma to the dealer every day, he must have been buying hundreds or thousands of pills at a time, and that's a major felony in Florida. Will Florida give him a pass, like they gave Job's daughter? Will Job sign a law saying illegal pills are legal at The mansion?

Rush's only comment - "I am unaware of any investigation"

HE DID NOT SAY " I am unaware of any drug use of any kind. I have never taken any drug that wasn't prescribed by my doctor. I have never purchased illegal drugs nor have I ever asked anybody to purchase illegal drugs for me."

8. A vast network of suppliers
FoxNews said that from their sources within the investigation they have learned that it wasn't just the housekeeper- Rush has a 'vast network' of people supplying him with drugs. No one was going after Rush; his name just kept popping up as a buyer/addict in the investigation of drug dealers. There won't be any legal consequences you can be sure. He'll be the 'victim'. Not the same as with Noelle Bush who tried to pass a forged prescription.

Funniest thing is the ldotters defending him that he only needed prescription pain killers. Problem is, he forgot to get the prescription!

10. Vereeeeeeee Innnnnnnnterrrrrrrrressssssstinggggggggggggg
She wore a wire during the last two deliveries. IOW she had been busted & turned into an informant. She wore the wire to a meeting with Rush. IOW they WERE after Rush. Unlikely she just forgot to remove it after taping someone else. Rush's lawyer paid her off to destroy incriminating evidence. Lawyers ain't s'posed to do that. Also note that Slimeball mcBigbux owed a MAID $80k. That's a lot of dusting & mopping--or he had run up quite a drug tab.

I personally believe in decriminalization of drugs, but when a RW Fascist sleazer like this takes a hit, my tolerance for the sin is somewhat modified by my knowledge of how much compassion he woulod have for some burned-out Vietnam vet addict busted while self-medicating in the alley.
