of devastation. Where would you get enough dirt to cover it, even if you can bury stuff like that?
Most of it is wood that rots in time. That would give a very unstable surface to rebuild on.
I'm no engineer, but there has to be a reason they always remove this kind of debris.

concidering that it's probably so toxic from all the petrochems that were released, I think NO is going to be a environmental hazard for a long time to come.
