Why did ** have to have Daddy and Clinton at his
address today? I'm watching on Cspan now and Cinton looks like he's ready to step in...they know the kid is in over his head...

1. I thought so, too. He can't do anything by himself. Besides, the relief is
the responsibility of the government.

4. Yes, they know that jr had rock bottom ratings prior to this...
And people are now even more outraged. He is NOT a leader and they know it. Perhaps they are concerned that civil unrest will break out all over the country if they don't get some leaders up there to project some competency.

jr has to ride on the coattails of others because he's so inept.

8. Did I miss something?
Why bash Bill when it appears he is stepping up to do the right thing and help people in desperate need? Some things transcend politics.

13. I agree that Clinton was barely a liberal ...

But I think that Clinton DOES believe in a sense of civic behavior. Like most ex-presidents, he acts "above" the political fray.

12. Bill C. used to be my hero
Now he's just a prop for the Bushies, both poppy and Jr.
He won't let Bush sink and for that reason I have lost all respect for
President Clinton. Enough is enough - playing politics is what
is ruining our Country. When will we ever get any real honesty
from our leaders, including Bill?
