I can't even imagine a scenario right now.

On the other hand he might be planning how they squirm out of this.
I was always curious after the Abu Ghraib scandal surfaced and he offered his resignation, that * didn't accept it. It got him sort of off the hook because he's basically the Vice President if not the President anyway.

I really hope all this gets investigated in a Nuremberg sort of way so that future generations will know what really happened.
