A detachment of 300 Arkansas National Guard troops landed in anarchic New Orleans on Thursday, with the authorization to shoot and kill "hoodlums" Louisiana Governor Kathleen Blanco said.

"Three hundred of the Arkansas National Guard have landed in the city of New Orleans," said Blanco.

"These troops are fresh back from Iraq, well trained, experienced, battle tested and under my orders to restore order in the streets," Blanco said.

"They have M-16s and they are locked and loaded. "These troops know how to shoot and kill and they are more than willing to do so if necessary and I expect they will," said Blanco.

1. Remember that Utah Rave Incident about a week or two ago?

The kids were partying with the proper permits etc... and it was broken up by 'troopers' ...... I said then, that the troopers looked like they may have been hardened soldiers that saw action in Iraq? That Iraq may turn out to be quite the training ground for the forces enforcing Martial Law here soon. Well here is another instance .... Peace.

5. It is psy-ops. Meant to put the rare monsters on the defensive. Bet

more guns that you could shake a stick at get dumped tonight. Bet the rapes stop.

This type of psychological "control" was missing for 4 days. It is unconscionable that the military did not get control of the city for such a long period of time.

Think of the people still needing to be rescued. Think of the people who will not be shot on the streets tomorrow. Or raped.

I saw Hotel Rwanda. And in one scene a general stood up to a mob of machete wielding murderers..who wanted to kill all the Tutsis in a truck by use of screaming, one gun, and psychological domination. If you psychologically dominate then you can turn predators into little boys.

The Pentagon knows it well. It is a tool they chose not to use as NO was spiraling out of control these last few days. A tool that is just a common to them as a tank or a gun. They should have sent in the military really fast, they should have done the psy-ops and dominated the "100 real criminals with guns" really fast.

Thank god they finally decided to use some of their tools. Day 4! ***wipes!
