Does anyone have a link to that article that was mostly talking bout the funding cuts for the levees but that said somewhere near the beginning that the top 3 threats to our country were: a terrorist attack, a large earthquake and a direct hit to New Orleans by a category 5 hurricane?
In the middle of a debate with a RW-er on another forum and need to find that link to back myself up.
Tried googling but there's so much coming up now with NEW articles talking about the funding cuts that I can't find that earlier article.
Thanks.

The National Geographic one alludes to it even though that wasn't the one I had seen. Cool.

I was looking for the one that mentioned the FEMA study that said specifically that "a direct hit on New Orleans by a category 5 hurricane" was listed (along with terrorist attack on NYC and major earthquake in California) as one of the USA's greatest threats.
It was an old one but totally lost among all the new articles in the media in the last 24 hours about *'s cut in funding.
I used the National Geographic article since it mentioned it. I think that shut him up. :)
