ABC--Two elderly women in a boat!

And two NO residents saving them. .

The two men went back to help others in the city after the TV crew brought the women to a staging area to get a bus--one of them was in a wheelchair!

TELL MICHAEL "The Bigot" MEDVED that most people who did not evacuate were NOT criminals.
