I can't think of another President who has allowed anything like this to happen.
Natural disasters do occur, but rescue and relief efforts have always followed ... except in this case.

bush*? I have no idea, keep hearing "since Civil War" so I suppose it's only republican presidents so far.

But back to bush*, New York, New Orleans...? Will all of you in New Mexico and New England,(especially New Hampshire) please be extra alert for this prick?
