Congress's Hurricane Relief $$--Call NOW to Object More Corp. Giveaways?

I just want to say I hope someone here will be scrutinizing that bill--

in fact, maybe we should all call our reps RIGHT NOW to PRE-EMPTIVELY warn them that we will NOT tolerate more of the kind of private contracting give-aways that have occurred in Iraq (Halliburton et al.), or that characterized the relief for AIDS in Africa (i.e. here's some $$ but you have to buy our expensive, non-generic drugs)--not to mention that apparently, part of the reasons for FEMA's impaired response was that parts of its operations were privatized as part of its reinvention under Bush.

The money must go to help the real victims, not to provide business opportunities for Bush cronies.
