if our government is black-bagging the sniper thing in NO as an excuse for their delayed assistance. It's pretty demented that the worst case scenario comes to mind and it seems entirely plausible. I could just scream.

Muhamad has been sentenced to death in Virginia and is currently in Maryland waiting to be tried for the Maryland murders. I think that Malvoy got a couple of consecutive life sentences but not the death penalty.
