Even WSJ Poll gives Bush an F for the handling of the hurricane
Haven't seen a single poll that thinks much of how he is handling this crisis.

2. I really don't think he's earned an 'F'

but I don't think there's a widely recognized LOWER grade that is what he's really earned.

3. He's earned a "G"
for Guilty of Negligent Homicide.

What else can you call it, when the man has had access to no fewer than half a dozen scientific reports and popular explanations of those reports -- all of which have appeared in the lay and peer press?

9-11. Iraq. Now, New Orleans and half the Gulf Coast. How many more disasters must America endure because of the irresponsibility of George Bush and his administration-cum-comedy troupe?

4. How about an "I" for INCOMPLETE?
He hasn't done the work; it's as simple as that. He disengaged from the work required to lead.

An "F" implies he actually tried and failed. Anyone think he Tried? I don't.

Of course, nobody at the WSJ would make that leap and add an "I".
