How many people can sit in the Astrodome and watch a sporting event?
60,000?

70,000?

80,000?

But we are to believe that it will only hold 12,000 brown skinned poor people who are homeless from Katrina?

3. WHAT??
These people have nowhere else to go. The fire marshall in Houston has declared the Astrodome 'full'. But it is now holding maybe 20% of the number of people who sit in it and watch a sporting event.

Someone please explain this to me.

6. Well the only logical answer is that the Bush Administration
Is purposefully trying to kill poor black people from New Orleans.

Haven't you been reading along?

2. But they've cots on the playing field I think--and you'd think someone
would notice there isn't enough room for all those people BEFORE they started sending them there.

4. Those people need beds!
I don't disagree with using the cots and letting the rest.

8. Yep ...
80,000 people for 4 hours is insane enough. 12,000 people for anything more than a week (and they are talking months), will be pushing it.

Cheers
