That is a silly question and NO ONE believes that. What is being blamed on Bush and the GOP is the fact that he cut the funding for FEMA to rebuild those levees. That he stayed on vacation for two days after the hurricane hit. That he has yet to help those people down there - they have received little to no food, little to no water, little to no medical treatment. That he's lying to the American people when he says help is on the way. New Orleans mayor Nadin himself said this morning that NO HELP HAS ARRIVED. THAT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE HAVE BEEN LIED TO. Bush is on the TEEVEE live right now as I type lying his ass off. I can see it in his eyes and the way he says "ummmmm ummmmmmm ummmmmmmm."
