If America Excuses *, How Will I Live in This Country? |
|
If America excuses * or buys his crap about NO, how will I continue to live in the United States?
Ever since 911 I've felt I was living in some crazy dreamworld, and since the election I've felt I was living in some Planet of the Apes in which everything was turned upside down.
But if America finds a way to rationalize Bushco's bungling, I don't know how I can go on living with these people, part of an insane, corrupt system that fails even the most basic functions of government.
Am I alone?

I agree. If this isn't the last straw then all bets are off. I have to get out or go underground because I won't be responsible for my actions after that. Hi agent mike.

3. I think it's too late for George. I think America is on to him. |

I saw three, yes three, Impeach Bush bumper stickers in the past 24 hours. Brand new...
Unfortunately, it is taking the deaths of innocent American men, women and children for that to happen.

is being shared far and wide, from one end of this country to the other. I don't think you have to worry. He is toast. Now, we need to find someone with cojones to take up the slack, and what a lot of slack it is.

Did I see a recent poll where 80 per cent of the registered Republican approve his job performance?

Bush.
As I told my wife this morning, I fear this is what's going to happen: many Americans are going to continue clinging to the self-absorbed fantasy world Bush and corporate America sells them, while those who are shut out from that fantasy are going to seethe and simmer until they explode into violence and shatter that corporatist fantasy bubble.

11. NO, and what we need is a place to run |
|
It's driving me crazy. Where to go.
Even in this nation, where to live? I want to live by like-minded people. People who see bad times coming. People who NEVER supported this admin. A sane, IRL community of folks who are saying the exact same things.
If you find one, let me know, eh? Please?
I'm wondering N.H. Free State Project, but, I'm not sure. It's well known now, a nice fat target of opportunity. Pockets of small communities would probably be safer. Easier to defend. You either know the local crazies, or you can see them driving up from a mile off. Local produce, families supporting each other, trying to live.
Cities aren't going to be the place to live. They can every one of them wind up like New Orleans; it's not the water that did them in. It's not a natural disaster that's caused the real horror. It was the planned disregard for facts about dangerous situations, and further failure to help those in need. Don't need a flood for that.
You don't even need nature for that.
It's insane. Where to run??

New world order- up is down, right is wrong, black is white (unless black is african american ) then black is black and this ASS ministration looks the other way. I have felt just like you for very long time. I'm moving to Canada half the year and Mexico the other half. You people can have this country!

Shrub already has us in the biggest economic hole in history. This event on it's own is going to be hard to come through. Watch what rebuilding the rich folks house and business does t othe defidit. Watch what happens to your insurance. This is only the beginning of this years global warmed hurricane season. What about next year? What if California get's their big earthquake in the immediate future? What if Al Quaida starts up later today? The neocons have had us on the edge for years, and stuff is still coming our way.

I watched Aaron Brown last night and he asked an on site reporter if he ever thought he would see something like this occur on American soil. The reporter did'nt answer at first, like the question hit a nerve. He then said he was trying not to thnk about that but that "this is not the America I grew up in."
Many, many people are thinking this way. This is not America. If it is, I'm leaving too.
