Dave Matthews Band Hurricane Relief Benefit Concert
For any DMB fans:

"Our thoughts and prayers are with the communities that have been hit by the hurricane. The devastation and human loss is heart breaking. In an effort to raise funds to assist the victims, Dave Matthews Band will be performing a special benefit concert that will take place on Monday, September 12, 2005 at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado. All proceeds from the event will be collected by Bama Works Fund and distributed to appropriate relief charities. Denver Mayor John Hickenlooper announced earlier today that the event will include official support from the City of Denver and the promoter, Chuck Morris Presents."

$58.50 Reserved and General Admission
$500 VIP Level which will include *1 lift ticket from the Aspen Skiing Company and employees
$1000 VIP Level which will include an invitation to a pre-concert cocktail and hors d'oeuvre reception that will be held at the Ship Rock Grille in the Red Rocks Visitor Center and *1 lift ticket from the Aspen Skiing Company and employees.

Special thanks to Aspen Skiing Company and its employees for their donation of over $125,000 worth of lift tickets to add value to the VIP experience. DMB is working to provide additional items that will add value to the VIP level tickets. Please stay tuned to the Warehouse website for further information regarding the VIP tickets as it develops.

Tickets for the Red Rocks benefit are available NOW through Instant Ticketing Series H-2005. The VIP ticket charitable contribution will be the face price you pay minus the fair market value of the items you receive, and you will receive all applicable receipts from the charity selected confirming the gift.

In addition to the Red Rocks Instant tickets, we have also included a separate "event" listing strictly for monetary donations to the relief effort. The donation levels offered are $25, $50 and $100. These funds will also go to Bama Works Fund and be distributed to appropriate relief charities.

Instant Ticketing tickets will be sold online only, through the Warehouse website, on a first come, first serve basis. There will be no cancellation or modification of these orders after they have been placed, and no refunds will be issued. All sales are final. Instant Ticketing sales for the Benefit Concert at Red Rocks will close on Monday, September 5, 2005 at 8:00 p.m. ET unless tickets are sold out in advance of this date.
