THEY DECLARE OPEN SEASON ON POOR BLACK FOLKS WHO HAVE NO FOOD OR WATER!!!!!
HOW many days has it been since they've had fresh water? It's a biological fact that people start to go a little funny in the head when dehydrated.
I just can't believe this.
