Is it acceptable for American military to kill Americans?

This country has gone mad.

2. Ask alumnus of Kent State
That was the end of the Viet Nam war for most Americans. When our troops start shooting our own people, the government has gone nuts and must be replaced.

3. If they don't deal with that fugging fire
your question may be unnecessary.

the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions".

That militia consists of all males between the ages of 17 and 45 with some exceptions, see 10 USC 311.

14. "to execute the Laws of the Union"? Also, "(1) The term 'civil disorder'
means any public disturbance involving acts of violence by assemblages of three or more persons, which causes an immediate danger of or results in damage or injury to the property or person of any other individual." See 18 USC 232.

9. When they are armed with AK-47's and other weapons, YES!!!!!!
Or maybe some of you would like to attempt to go down there and reason with the guy holding the AK-47. You could tell him killing is wrong and we need more gun control. Give him a bottle of water and some food, soon he'll be planting seeds with you in your garden and he'll come over for family dinners.

In the America we all miss? NEVER!

Well, it has happened, but it was never so shrugged off and blatent. I guess we're growing more and more accustomed to the violence spread by these war criminals holding our country hostage.
