Actually used the words "responding in a timely fashion" to describe relief activities just hitting the ground today.

Stupid asshole.

To her credit, Kagan called him on it, saying "the window has closed" on describing anything as "timely"

Gen. Head-Up-His-Ass dodged it of course, deliberately mis-interpreting the question and saying there are still plenty of people who need help.

No shit.

Another miserable little fuck-up who needs to be subpoenaed for the Congressional investigation that MUST follow this debacle.

Mike Brown, head of FEMA is another one.

Chertoff, too.

And Bush himself. Why didn't this "bold decisive leader" we keep hearing about just PICK UP THE GODDAM PHONE on Tuesday, and order food and water lifted or floated to even just three points in New Orleans?

COMPLETE AND UTTER FAILURE.
