I want to be on Ray Nagin's jury

Chimpy is going to NOLA, they tell me.

Normally, although nothing is normal with our quarterwit pretzeldunce, when the President of the United States visits a city he meets with the mayor.

If and when this happens, Ray Nagin is going to wring Chimpy's neck.

I promise I will vote to acquit Mayor Nagin for just doing what had to be done.
