Hubby volunteered his truck to move supplies |

His company is a bush supporting one and one of the exec's told me today they are so upset by the lack of help getting to NO, they asked for drivers to volunteer their time and trucks to get aide to everyone in the gulf coast.
We're on the list and when the word comes down, we're going.

Landair is getting a great response.
Today I saw two guys with pick ups on the side of the road. One was pulling a boat and the other was pulling a trailer loaded with bottled water.
They had to make some adjustments to all they were carrying.
The way I see it, the people can't rely on the government for shit...but they can rely on fellow citizens who are doing everything they can to help. This is the country I love.
Not the government's version.
