Bush: "We Have Enough Reserves"...2 seconds later.."Not Enough Security."
This guys is a complete bafoon.

First, he SMILES while trying to comfort people, and not in a sympathetic way, but like a guy who's playing poker and just realized he got a good hand.

Second, he just answered a reporter's question about whether the Iraq war prevented the National Guard from responding to the hurricane. He said no, that there's plenty of National Guard troops available.

Then he was asked about his comment that the efforts to help haven't been sufficient and was asked for specifics. He said "Well, I meant that there's not enough security down there."

Apparently he doesn't see a connection between his first answer and his second.

I completely hate this man.
