Evangelical Jack Van Impe calls Pat Robertson, Osama Bin laden

Pretty interesting comment from someone who you would think would agree with Robertson, since Van Impe is a kook and crook, as well.

Good to see, because it means the religious creeps are imploding.

1. Strangely, this one doesn't seem quite as kooky as some others.
He and his wife are still weirdo Pentacultists, but they seem less deranged and depraved than, say, Robertson or Jan Crouch!

2. Jack just wants Robertson bucks.
Praise Jesus, the money, let me swim in its bounty, naked, like God spat me out.

3. Jack and Rexella (his wife) are pretty harmless.....
At televangelists go. Their big schtick is "the end times." They are over the top in their presentation, but I really do think they are not out there reeling in the donations for their own good. I always thought Jack & Rexella were sort of flaky but harmless, but now I think Jack might not be as flaky as I suspected.

4. Have to agree.
He's not the calculating bastard Robertson is. And he's much more ecumenical than most. (ie, he didn't think Pope John Paul II was going to Hell.)

May seem like subtle and absurd differences, but they are differences.
