11. This is great...finally the truth---
The fact that CNN wrote an article that spotlights the disparity between government sound bytes and reality--is HUGE.

That article made BushCo look as bad as anything I've seen in the media, since the bastard was appointed in 2000.

This made me think about Iraq. They've been bullshitting us the same way on Iraq. The only difference between NOLA and Iraq is that in Iraq we don't have lots of journalists on the ground, refuting the bullshit.

Maybe this will turn things around.

I get the feeling that Katrina was a tipping point for the media. They saw BushCo using the same sleazy, lying tactics in NOLA as they do in Iraq--and they could no longer tow the BushCo line.

Great news. Great story.

Finally, the truth exposed.

I hope they all fry.
