Why was Bush still on vacation during the first two days of Katrina?
AZ fundraiser with McCain (birthday cake) on Monday, the day of landfall. San Diego speech promoting Iraq on Tuesday, comparing it to WWII.

Remember to ask this of your RW acquaintances.

4. Even a few RWers I know are questioning him...
Basically along the lines of:

What business did he have talking Iraq during a major natural disaster?

Why the hell was he in SD having a little party with Pickles and the troops?

Where IS the aid, anyway?

What if it happened HERE?

Can I trust him, really?

They're thinking about the consequences of his actions (or inactions)...finally.

5. Katrina originated on August 23, 2005 and within two days was...
...projected hit hit New Orleans to Gulfport. Why was Bush not mobilizing the disaster teams back then?
