Chris Matthews asked Andrea Mitchell: "I would have thought that someone in the White House, watching what was going on in NOLA, like Andy Card, or someone who's a REAL EXECUTIVE PERSON," and get on the phone and say get this done.
"A REAL EXECUTIVE PERSON," as opposed to Bush.
Chris Matthews seems to be blaming the people in the White House for not telling Widdle Georgie he needed to, as Ray Gavin said, "get off his ass."

Did someone neglect to tell him how serious the situation was? In all fairness, it should be pointed out that both Cheney and Condi are on vacation. This guy just can't seem to stay away from bad intelligence!
