Bush is meeting on Air Force One with local officials
He's way behind schedule, CNN sez (an hour and a half), and he's doing a flyover and MAY still do a walking tour.

"Hey, Ray, can we go over to Pat O'Brien's for a Hurricane (heh heh heh), oh, sorry, how about we go over to the Cafe du Monde for some beignets and cafe au lait? Brennan's for Bananas Foster? How about the voodoo museum -- I could use some help! heheheheheh"
